Solvd Inc. is a rapidly growing AI-native consulting and technology services firm delivering enterprise transformation across cloud, data, software engineering, and artificial intelligence. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in end-to-end business analysis. This role requires someone who can effectively collaborate with stakeholders, facilitate requirement discovery, and ensure that business needs are translated into high-quality solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in pre-sales activities and the ability to contribute directly to client delivery projects. When not engaged in active delivery, the candidate will support pre-sales initiatives, including proposal development, discovery sessions, and solution shaping, and may be considered for involvement in CMS-related projects. In addition, the candidate should be technically savvy, with a solid understanding of system solution design and its core components, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations.
Job Responsibility:
Collaborate across stakeholder groups to gather, analyze, and document requirements at all stages of the project lifecycle (from initiation/discovery through development and maintenance)
Communicate directly with customers to elicit high-level requirements and convert them into detailed documentation such as Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, UML diagrams, and process flows
Develop and maintain product backlogs (epics, features, user stories) to guide Agile development teams
Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions to align customer expectations and technical delivery
Execute impact-mapping of requirements and manage change requests throughout the project lifecycle
Lead verification of designs against requirements, providing recommendations to resolve any issues
Support PMs with timelines, roadmaps, milestones, and sprint planning
Maintain up-to-date documentation in Jira, Confluence/other tools
Requirements:
5+ years of experience across the full BA cycle (pre-sales, discovery, delivery, and support)
Strong ability to elicit, document, and manage requirements using BA artifacts (Vision & Scope, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, diagrams, etc.)
Experience with impact mapping and change request management
Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and Agile delivery support
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Confident in facilitating workshops, leading meetings, and driving decision-making
Strong command of English (B2+/C1 level)
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence or similar tools
Ability to work independently (the only BA on the project) and collaboratively in a BA team environment
Motivated, proactive, and passionate about customer success and growth
Experienced in supporting multicultural, distributed teams
Nice to have:
Familiarity with AI/ML, or digital transformation projects
BA certifications (CBAP, CCBA, Agile BA, PO, etc.)
