Job Responsibility:
Elicit and Document Requirements: Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate complex business and functional requirements
Bridge Business and Tech: Act as a key liaison between business units, project managers, and technical teams to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Optimise Processes: Analyse current-state workflows to design and document future-state process maps, identifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiency
Support Solution Design: Partner with technical teams and vendors to ensure proposed solutions meet business goals, governance standards, and compliance requirements
Lead Testing and Change: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist with change impact analysis to ensure a seamless transition for the end-user
Requirements:
8–10 years of proven experience in Business Analyst roles, specifically working on technology transformation or process improvement initiatives
Strong expertise in requirements documentation (BRS, FRD, User Stories) and process modeling techniques using tools like BPMN
Demonstrated experience working across Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments with a structured, methodical approach
Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, backed by strong facilitation skills
A degree in Business or IT is preferred
Industry certifications (e.g., IIBA, CBAP, or Agile BA) will be highly regarded
