Contribute to the planning and delivery of accurate, comprehensive, timely and value-add business analysis, organisational change and research products to support the project
Develop and conduct analysis activities in a timely manner, while managing competing priorities and using a wide range of data
Lead or assist in the development of high-quality presentations of compiled analysis, through written and other presentation methods as required
Provide accurate specialist advice, analysis, guidance and reporting on a range of topics and issues
Assist in developing and managing key internal and external relationships, including collaborating with key stakeholders to identify opportunities, achieve outcomes and facilitate cooperation
Develop and maintain a backlog of business requirements
Document business requirements clearly in the form of high-level detailed requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria
Requirements:
Strong communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency using tools such as Azure DevOps
A detail-oriented approach to all tasks with an ability to collate a range of information and present in a logical manner
High-quality document preparation skills, including development and review of executive briefing documents, project artefacts, plans, reports and others
Experience working in major programs with legislated timelines
Understanding of public sector ICT accountability and assurance frameworks
Familiarity with security and operational readiness requirements in government environments
Experience in analysis and modelling of current and future business processes and information management environments
