We are looking for a Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience who will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, developing, documenting, and communicating business transaction flows to achieve organizational objectives. They will act as liaisons between business partners and IT teams, ensuring effective technical solutions are provided and fostering strong relationships.
Job Responsibility:
Support pre-sales efforts by analyzing client requirements, business processes, regulatory or operational considerations, and overall solution feasibility
Review high-level requirements shared by clients and develop clarifying questions, assumptions, and validation points
Assist in preparing pre-sales documentation such as requirement summaries, functional scope, effort estimations, and solution overviews
Map and document current-state and future-state business workflows, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and pain points across systems and processes
Document detailed project requirements including KPIs, success metrics, business rules, and non-functional requirements
Write clear, well-structured user stories or support TPM/PDM teams during backlog refinement and prioritization
Create supporting artifacts such as process flows, wireframes, gap analysis of documents, functional specifications, and user guides or training materials
Ensure requirements align with applicable compliance, security, and organizational standards (as relevant to the project or region)
Analyze business and system data and present insights to support informed decision-making
Collaborate with design teams to develop mock-ups aligned with business workflows and usability requirements
Facilitate requirements of workshops, discovery sessions, and review meetings
collaborate closely with TPMs, developers, architects, and cross-functional teams
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure shared understanding and alignment
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Support UAT activities by preparing test scenarios, validating delivered functionality, and documenting issues or feedback
Conduct product demos and prepare demo scripts tailored to business and technical stakeholders
Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation in alignment with SDLC and Agile methodologies
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Business, or related discipline
5+ years of hands-on professional experience as a Business Analyst
Proficiency in using diagramming and documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio or similar software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes, system workflows, and user journeys across enterprise applications
Experience working with enterprise systems, data flows, integrations, and business rules
Hands-on experience with tools such as Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, Balsamiq, Axure, or similar flowcharting and wireframing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical and business concepts
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and negotiation skills, with experience working closely with business and technical teams
