Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven programme delivering impactful digital services. This role sits within a multidisciplinary team focused on designing and scaling user-centred services that meet complex business and user needs. This is a high-impact position requiring strong analytical capability, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work in an evolving environment where pace and adaptability are essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct detailed analysis across people, processes, data, technology, and organisational structures
  • Identify opportunities for service and business improvements and define measurable outcomes
  • Elicit, analyse, and document business and user requirements to support design, development, and testing
  • Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred solutions
  • Assess the impact of business and policy constraints on proposed solutions
  • Define success metrics and support continuous improvement through iterative delivery approaches
  • Ensure solutions align with organisational strategy, objectives, and user needs
  • Support the development of operating models and organisational capability

Requirements:

  • Proven experience operating as a Senior Business Analyst in a digital environment
  • Strong experience working within Agile or similar delivery frameworks
  • Ability to translate business drivers, goals, and constraints into clear requirements and outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including managing conflicting priorities
  • Experience identifying issues and driving them through to resolution
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to assess business and policy constraints and understand their implications
  • Knowledge of Agile tools and techniques and supporting their adoption within teams

Nice to have:

  • Experience contributing to or leading Communities of Practice
  • Experience mentoring or supporting the development of Business Analysts
