Job Description:

The role will be to analyse, document, and support the development project. You will support the agile team being the product owner’s representative within the office. Working closely with the key stack holders you will break all features into granular requirements, analysing the business application.

Job Responsibility:

  • Independently elicit, analyse, elaborate, and document product requirements
  • Communicate, negotiate, and agree requirements and priorities with stakeholders
  • Create stories from requirements and share with engineers and testers for refinement and implementation
  • Be the ‘go to’ person for product functional understanding
  • Able to prioritise and work on multiple assignments
  • Able to manage project if required working with team
  • Able to Work closely with the Product Manager to understand the backlog
  • Continuously improve the way we work

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of work in a business analyst role
  • Must have good understanding of requirement gathering and elicitation techniques
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Proven business analysis ability and impact in a software product environment
  • Ability to model and communicate processes, information, and complex logic
  • Thorough questioning and listening skills
  • Able to communicate complex functional and technical details to all stakeholders clearly and effectively
  • Able to guide and develop junior business analysts
  • Working understanding of product user experience
  • Any business analysis certification will be an advantage
  • A good understanding of cloud software and mobile applications
