Senior Business Analyst

• Administration and strategic development of the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Act as a senior advisor to Retail, Finance, and Operations teams, translating complex business needs into effective system solutions
• Support and enhance retail IT systems, including POS, ERP, productivity suite and system integrations
• Drive process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and system optimization
• Manage cross-functional projects involving system enhancements, third-party integrations, and data migrations
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure the latest technologies are reviewed for business compatibility

• 5–7 years of experience in an IT Systems Analyst or similar role, with increasing responsibility
• 2-3 years of experience in a retail environment
• Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP, including configuration, workflows
• Extensive experience supporting retail business operations and technology
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional initiatives and communicate with executive stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to decide priority of assigned tasks and manage multiple and competing tasks
• Ability to work effectively as a team player and work with people of all backgrounds, at all levels
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to all levels of application users in a specific, clear and concise manner

Knowledgeable in javascript, suitescript, html, ccs, workflows, saved searches, freemarker
