Job Description:

FinXL IT is seeking two Senior Business Analysts to join our consulting team and be deployed to a leading Telco client, supporting a suite of initiatives ranging from new product development to critical risk and regulatory projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drive end-to-end business process improvements and "better ways of working" initiatives
  • Facilitate workshops and manage requirements for new product enhancements
  • Liaise with a diverse stakeholder group across Operations, Sales, Billing, Network, and IT
  • Collaborate with Solution Designers on technical solution artefacts
  • Support the Test Manager with Business Readiness Testing (BRT) activities
  • Partner with external vendors to support specific product delivery and assurance
  • Maintain and update project templates and documentation standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a background in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Previous experience in the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred
  • Demonstrated background in Risk and Regulatory initiatives
  • Exceptional communication and conflict management skills, with the resilience to manage challenging stakeholders
  • Strong technical acumen to work effectively with IT partners and Solution Designers
  • Expertise in process mapping and driving cross-functional workshops
  • Superior time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple project streams
