Job Description:

Senior Business Analyst role supporting modernization efforts across Medicare Sales verticals, including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), B2B, and Telephony. Partners with technology leaders to translate business needs into requirements and ensure alignment between technical execution and sales strategy.

Job Responsibility:

Support modernization efforts across Medicare Sales verticals including Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), B2B, and Telephony
Partner with AVP of Application Development and leaders in Aetna Technology organization
Translate business needs into actionable requirements
Support agile delivery
Ensure alignment between technical execution and sales strategy

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a technical or healthcare environment
Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritize business and technical requirements
Experience supporting agile teams with backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story development
Strong understanding of customer engagement processes and agent-assisted workflows
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across business and technical stakeholders
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Lucidchart
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field

Nice to have:

Familiarity with cloud-native platforms, microservices, and data integration
Experience working in HIPAA-compliant or other regulated environments
Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, or real-time analytics pipelines
Background in sales operations, lead management, or telesales systems
Understanding of AI integration in sales workflows and marketing enablement strategies
Experience supporting unified sales platforms across multiple channels
Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile Product Ownership
