Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with a proven track record in leading data-driven projects within the Capital Markets domain. This role will involve working on large-scale big data lake projects, where you will be responsible for implementing and overseeing data control processes, ensuring data accuracy, and managing timelines. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in data management, specifically within capital markets, and experience in driving high-impact data initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and manage data-related projects
Implement and enforce data control frameworks
Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams
Develop and implement strategies to maintain high data quality standards
Define, manage, and track data project timelines
Work with cross-functional teams to implement data lake architectures
Engage with internal and external stakeholders
Provide detailed reports on data quality metrics
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation
Identify opportunities to improve data processes

Requirements:

11+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
3+ years focused on data-driven projects in the Capital Markets domain
Strong experience in implementing data control frameworks and data governance policies
Proven experience managing data projects
Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders
Proven ability to define and enforce data quality standards
Familiarity with data management tools, big data platforms (Hadoop, Spark, Hive), and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Strong ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and solve complex data-related issues

Nice to have:

Experience working in Agile environments
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
Experience working with cloud-based data solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience working on big data lake projects
