An organization within the Advertising and Data Platforms space is seeking a Senior Delivery & Operational Intelligence Analyst to support tactical and strategic operational initiatives across engineering, product, program management, and finance teams. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical and operational experience who thrives in fast-paced, technology-driven environments. Job Responsibility
Serve as a liaison between senior leadership teams to support ongoing operational initiatives and executive team coordination
Help standardize operating models, meeting cadences, and communication processes across the organization
Prepare executive updates, meeting materials, presentations, templates, and status communications
Support operational programs related to resource planning, budgeting, strategic planning, and organizational reporting
Partner with engineering, product, program, and finance leadership to support execution of strategic priorities
Coordinate and support organizational engagement forums including town halls, leadership meetings, and strategic readouts
Analyze operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and support implementation of solutions
Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment
Requirements
5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, finance, project management, or a related function within a technology-focused organization
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple workstreams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience partnering with leadership teams and cross-functional stakeholders
Strong presentation and documentation skills using PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Workspace tools, Collaboration platforms/sites
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs
Experience influencing business and technology stakeholders to drive successful outcomes
Understanding of program and project management principles
Strong critical thinking, situational analysis, and decision-making skills
Bachelor's degree required
