Senior Business Analyst

• Collaborate with the Product Lead and stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements
• Analyze business processes to identify improvement and automation opportunities
• Prepare user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria to guide product development
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure clarity of requirements and alignment throughout the delivery process
• Support Implementations, UAT, release validation, and post-implementation reviews for new product features or configurations
• Gather feedback from internal and client stakeholders to prioritize enhancements aligned with product strategy
• Maintain clear documentation of product functionality, workflows, and configuration guidelines

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a product-driven or SaaS-based environment
• Strong analytical skills with a background in finance, expense reporting, or related domains (preferred)
• Exposure to AI-driven solutions or understanding of AI and emerging technologies will be a strong plus
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities
