Job Description:

A leading international insurance organization in Zurich is looking for a Senior SAP FS-RI Business Analyst to support and further develop its core reinsurance platform used across multiple global business units. The role sits within the Reinsurance IT team, supporting the Zurich Integrated Reinsurance System (ZIRIS), which is built on SAP FS-RI, SAP FS-CD and SAP BW. Due to a growing project pipeline, the team is looking for a senior consultant who can drive business analysis, solution design, and delivery activities within the SAP FS-RI environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze reinsurance business requirements within SAP FS-RI
  • Translate requirements into functional specifications and solution designs
  • Perform data analysis within the reinsurance platform
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and nearshore developers
  • Support change initiatives and system enhancements
  • Support functional testing and UAT activities
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements before release
  • Prepare functional documentation and process documentation

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a Business Analyst in the reinsurance domain
  • Strong expertise in SAP FS-RI (Base module & Risk Manager – Non-Life)
  • Understanding of FS-RI batch processing, closing processes, and data models
  • Experience with at least one SAP FS-RI implementation
  • Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills
  • Fluent English

  • SAP ABAP
