We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support complex system modernization and digital transformation initiatives within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively bridge business and technical teams while driving clear requirements, structured project coordination, and strong stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include conducting current state analysis, leading requirements elicitation and documentation, supporting procurement and vendor evaluation activities, coordinating project plans and reporting, and contributing to implementation, testing, and change management efforts. The successful candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, enabling the delivery of scalable, compliant, and well integrated solutions across multiple concurrent initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct current state assessments and analyze business processes, systems, and data flows
Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and technical requirements
Support procurement, vendor evaluation, and recommendation activities
Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones, risks, and issues
Facilitate meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate implementation, testing, and data migration activities
Develop training materials and support change management and user adoption
Provide post-implementation support and contribute to additional BA/project coordination tasks as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst and/or Project Coordinator, preferably in system modernization or digital transformation projects
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, and validation, including creating traceability matrices
Experience conducting stakeholder workshops, interviews, and process analysis
Knowledge of project management practices, including planning, tracking, risk and issue management
Familiarity with procurement processes and vendor evaluation
Experience supporting implementation, testing, and change management activities
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across business, technical, and vendor teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
