Job Description:

Senior Business analyst/Product owner in a global, highly complex system landscape with the passion to drive significant business outcomes through technical skills and business acumen in Configure, Price and Quote IT domain. Part of HPE Global IT is responsible for providing best IT in class solutions to enable HPE's customers and partners to do business seamlessly with HPE. The candidates will focus on regular business engagement and provide IT solutions incorporating AI solutions to business requirements. The candidates will be managing product backlog, capabilities and materializing business outcomes and savings to HPE

Job Responsibility:

  • Driving business relationships end engage in understanding business processes to provide solutions on java-based Configuration & pricing applications integrated with S4 HANA order management system
  • Fostering an environment that drives performance and quality in the areas of customer satisfaction, knowledge creations, technical expertise and process improvement
  • Ensuring IT solutions meet or exceed business expectations or given requirements
  • Analyzing and committing deliverables for the requirements on various projects
  • Providing solutions and preparing functional design for the given applications
  • Driving development by engaging development teams to have deliverables in timely fashion
  • Paying strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps and provide sustainable solutions
  • Being subject matter expert on given applications and support business processes
  • Recommending and implementing E2E life cycle of projects by working closely with IT and Business teams

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
  • 10+ years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • Strong knowledge and experience in CPQ domain which includes business process of configuration applications and integrated fabric
  • 10+ years’ experience as business analyst with strong understanding of Java and other technology
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills, proactive and go-getter
  • Good grasp of industry best practices in enterprise-class software development, agile methodology using of Jira
  • Experience in Service Now, ITSM Process, and New Relic Application
  • Knowledge in middleware integration such as Addison, Kafka, SDI, Snap logic
