The data-driven network logistics department has the main task to manage a Europe-wide network of more than 200 logistics partners. In this role, you will work proactively and make the next step forward with us. This position is a unique opportunity for a proactive, data-driven, and eager-to-learn individual to develop their skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Support our supplier logistics team in aligning their needs with business growth objectives
  • Analyse data to identify opportunities for improving logistics processes, supporting market growth strategies, and enhancing network efficiency
  • Evaluate business development KPIs to identify trends and recommend process improvements for operational excellence within the Logistics department
  • Contribute to the development of growth strategies and tenders to support international growth and operational scalability
  • Conduct internal audits of logistics systems to ensure accurate implementation of contract details and compliance
  • Deliver reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses that provide actionable insights
  • Challenge assumptions and guide stakeholders by combining data with business context to recommend the most relevant KPIs and solutions
  • Ensure data clarity, consistency, and reliability to empower informed, insight-driven logistics decisions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, business development, supply chain, or logistics
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent analytical skills with great attention to detail
  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets is a must
  • Fluency in English is required

Nice to have

Experience with SQL is a plus
