Join a key role at the intersection of business and technology, where you will act as both a Senior Business Analyst and IT Business Partner supporting commercial and sales teams. You will take ownership of CRM solutions, drive technology decisions, and ensure alignment between business priorities and IT strategy in an international environment. This role operates across the UK & Ireland market, requiring availability during UK working hours.
Job Responsibility
Act as a trusted advisor to Sales, Trade, and Commercial stakeholders
Translate business needs into technology solutions and roadmaps
Provide guidance on risks, dependencies, and investment decisions
Identify opportunities to simplify systems and improve operational efficiency
Take end-to-end ownership of CRM platforms (administration, configuration, releases)
Manage change requests, enhancements, defects, and UAT processes
Ensure data quality, integrity, and system stability
Oversee lifecycle of business-critical applications supporting commercial operations
Ensure system stability, vendor performance, and service continuity
Maintain compliance with architecture, security, and governance standards
Support large-scale CRM and digital transformation initiatives
Contribute to solution design, integrations, and data model alignment
Lead business input into data migration and system transitions
Coordinate Azure-based integrations and platform components
Monitor performance, resolve issues, and ensure scalability and security
Manage external vendors and delivery partners
Drive continuous improvement across CRM and data services
Support adoption of AI solutions (e.g. Copilot, GenAI) in commercial teams
Requirements
Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst or IT Business Partner
Proven background working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar)
Experience in application lifecycle management and BAU service ownership
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior leadership
Experience managing vendors and external partners
Knowledge of cloud and integration environments (Azure preferred)
Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and compliance
Availability to work within UK & Ireland business hours

Experience in CRM transformation programs
Knowledge of data migration and legacy system decommissioning
Exposure to AI / Copilot / digital enablement initiatives
Experience in consumer goods, retail, or field operations environments
