Job Description:

This position supports the Enterprise Capital Management Technology function within Corporate Treasury. The role is part of a technology transformation journey to build and adopt general capabilities for data ingestion, rules authoring and execution, and analytics. This is a greenfield project that requires meticulous design to replace multiple legacy applications and will house critical regulatory programs such as Basel IV and FRTB.

Job Responsibility:

  • Serve in a delivery-focused, techno-functional role to support capital management technology initiatives
  • Design and implement solutions for data ingestion, rules execution, and analytics
  • Contribute to the replacement of legacy applications within Treasury Technology
  • Ensure solutions comply with critical regulations, including Basel IV and FRTB
  • Identify risks and issues, and suggest improvements to processes and systems

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • 3+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Good knowledge of SQL programming
  • Programming experience with Python or Java/.Net
  • Deep understanding of Capital Markets with a focus on Credit Risk, Market Risk, or Capital calculations
  • Understanding of regulations within the Capital Markets space (e.g., Basel, CRR, CRD IV)

Nice to have:

  • Ability to read and understand Python code and run reports in MicroStrategy
  • Knowledge of Big Data Architectures, Cloud computing, and Spark
  • Familiarity with machine-learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods

  • Work with the Product and Architecture team to translate complex healthcare user journeys, workflows and business requirements into clear, actionable requirements including epics, features and user stories.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather and refine project requirements

  • Collaborate with product, architecture, engineering, UI/UX design, data insights and clinical teams to deliver high-impact digital health products.
