Job Description:

The Data Analytics Senior Analyst role involves strategic data analysis, optimization, and business improvement. The position requires understanding complex systems, leadership in coaching, and impactful decision-making that drives team performance.

Job Responsibility:

applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flows
coordinates and contributes to the objectives of data science initiatives and overall business
assumes informal/formal leadership role through coaching and training of new recruits
significantly influences decisions, work, and performance of all teams through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services
conducts strategic data analysis, identifies insights and implications, and makes strategic recommendations
mines and analyzes data from various banking platforms to drive optimization and improve data quality
delivers analytics initiatives to address business problems
consults with business clients to identify system functional specifications
consults with users and clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation
leads system change process from requirements through implementation

Requirements:

5-8 years experience using tools for statistical modeling of large data sets
ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem solving techniques
demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience
