Job Description

Drive and lead initiatives to maximize opportunities as it relates to business processes, identifying needs, and developing strategies. Mentor and develop junior members of the data and analytics team on industry best practices and enhance quality of team deliverables. Create and review data collateral to be used for served and self-served data consumers. Partner with and influence developers, stakeholders, system architects and various subject matter experts to determine priorities. Operate as an expert-level individual contributor with minimal technical oversight on multiple products or subject matter areas, while understanding the relationships and impact within the broader system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field
  • 5 - 8 years’ experience with hands-on data visualization design and development in large-scale and complex environments
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with Tableau and Tableau Server
