Job Description:

Amaris Consulting is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Supply Chain Planning (OMP) to support a large-scale digital transformation program within the FMCG industry in the MENA region. This role is fully remote, based in Cairo, and focuses on bridging business needs and advanced planning solutions built on OMP. We are specifically targeting professionals who started their careers as technical profiles or developers on OMP and progressively evolved into business-facing roles.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the primary Business Analyst for supply chain planning solutions based on OMP
  • Translate business requirements from supply chain, demand planning, and operations teams into functional OMP specifications
  • Serve as the interface between business stakeholders and technical/development teams
  • Analyze existing planning processes and propose optimized solutions aligned with FMCG best practices
  • Lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with international stakeholders
  • Support solution design, configuration, and validation of OMP modules
  • Contribute to testing phases: test scenarios definition, UAT coordination, and defect tracking
  • Support deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Produce and maintain clear functional documentation

Requirements:

  • 5 to 10 years of experience working with OMP solutions in a supply chain or planning context
  • Strong background on OMP from a technical or developer perspective, and have transitioned into a Business Analyst / Functional role
  • Solid knowledge of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, S&OP, production planning)
  • Comfortable interacting with both technical teams and business stakeholders
  • Experience within the FMCG industry is mandatory
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Autonomous, structured, and able to work in an international, remote environment
  • Based in Cairo and available for a remote position aligned with MENA time zones
