Randstad Digital Switzerland is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales and Marketing). In this role, you will lead the high-complexity discovery and design phase to expand our client's Enterprise CRM platform into Business Development, stakeholder engagement, and revenue-supporting processes. Operating in a multicultural, stakeholder-heavy environment, you will bridge the gap between business needs and D365 capabilities, defining the blueprint for future implementation.
Job Responsibility
Discovery & Process Leadership: Conduct structured discovery activities (workshops, interviews) to identify business objectives, pain points, and CRM opportunities. Design target-state Sales & Marketing processes tailored to the unique international organization context
D365 Solution Design: Translate abstract business needs into D365-compatible functional designs, advising on lead/opportunity management, campaign automation, and stakeholder management
Backlog Structuring: Develop and structure the initial backlog, creating high-quality user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria
Stakeholder Facilitation: Act as a critical bridge between Business Development, Customer Experience (CX), and technical/IT teams to drive alignment and decision-making
Architecture & Data Alignment: Ensure all proposed solutions align with the core CRM platform architecture and enterprise data/reporting frameworks (e.g., Power BI)
