Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a CRM development project in the banking sector
  • Maintain direct communication with the client to understand priorities and ensure alignment with their planning
  • Analyze client requests submitted via Jira and perform detailed impact analysis
  • Collaborate with the development team to evaluate analyzed requests and ensure smooth delivery
  • Prepare required delivery documentation within the sprint scope
  • Track committed sprint items to ensure timely and clean delivery
  • Communicate in English with the client and participate in occasional on-site visits to Riyadh
  • Adapt to an agile methodology

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • 3–8 years of experience in business analysis within the finance/banking domain
  • Experience in CRM platforms (Siebel experience preferred
  • Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP CRM also relevant)
  • Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, process analysis, and functional documentation
  • Experience with Jira for requirement and task management
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to quickly adapt to project processes
  • Excellent communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders and act as the single point of contact
  • Team player with a proactive mindset, able to work remotely and manage priorities effectively
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client visits
  • Eligible to work in Turkey

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of retail finance processes
  • Experience in low-code platforms with custom development (JavaScript)
