Job Responsibility:
Provide functional CRM consultancy within the telecommunications domain
Gather and analyze business requirements from various stakeholders to shape solutions that meet business, technology, and operational needs
Perform business process analysis and contribute to process design and optimization
Participate in technology design and oversee implementation activities
Identify business, technology, and IT challenges, proposing and shaping relevant solutions
Coordinate communication between business units, development, and test teams, ensuring smooth delivery
Work in an agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field
3–6 years of experience in requirement gathering, business analysis (functions, processes, user interfaces, etc.), and CRM-related projects
Experience in one or more CRM tools (Salesforce, SAP CRM, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, or SuiteCRM preferred)
Strong knowledge of integration methods (e.g., Web Services, APIs)
Understanding of operating models, governance structures, demand, and project management methodologies
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and result-oriented mindset
Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and maintain effective communication channels
Proven ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while managing priorities effectively
Eligible to work in Turkey
Nice to have:
Experience in the Telco industry and understanding of customer lifecycle processes
Familiarity with agile delivery models and digital transformation initiatives in telecommunications
