Job Description:

Senior Business Aligned Finance Analyst role at Wells Fargo supporting Investment Banking division with financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics.

Job Responsibility:

Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives
Provide expertise to develop company objectives
Review and analyze moderately complex data for large scale planning
Research key forecasting projections
Manage financial reporting for monthly and quarterly forecasting
Develop strategies for forward financial planning
Lead implementation of moderately complex projects
Establish effective reporting delivery
Collaborate with peers and managers in finance and business lines
Execute balance sheet and net interest income forecasts
Contribute to Stress Test and Resolution Planning process
Build understanding of model assumptions and drivers
Produce complex reporting and analytics
Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed
Responsible for compliance with forecast governance

Requirements:

4+ years of Finance experience
CA / CMA / MBA Graduate with experience of financial or banking sectors
Progressive track record of management reporting experience
Strong Financial analysis experience
Demonstrable change management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Creative and strategic thinking skills
Ability to work under pressure
Ability to work independently with positive collaboration
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills
Exposure to key accounting tools like Oracle Financials, Essbase
Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx would be an added advantage

Nice to have:

Exposure to tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx
Experience in geographically diverse team
Presentation skills to senior management
