Job Responsibility

  • Perform and streamline operational processes and data flows within RGA administration systems to improve accuracy and efficiency
  • Enhance existing workflows by introducing automation tools and strengthening control mechanisms for daily statement logging, confirmations, and account settlements
  • Support compliance activities, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and coordinating with compliance teams to resolve exceptions promptly
  • Partner with internal teams to identify challenges, propose solutions, and align initiatives with business objectives
  • Analyze current workflows and leverage AI technology to optimize processes
  • liaise with local and regional teams to ensure IT and regional projects meet operational needs
  • Drive process improvement initiatives, maintain operational tools, and implement automation strategies to support business growth
  • Provide support on assigned projects and tasks as needed

Requirements

  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Analysis, or related disciplines
  • With 4-5 years of experience in the financial industry, preferably in life insurance or reinsurance
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel with PivotTables, Power Query) and database tools (SQL, Alteryx)
  • Proven hands-on experience with automation tools, including Python, VBA, Power Automate and emerging AI technologies
  • demonstrated ability to evaluate, implement, and recommend innovative solutions to optimize processes and drive efficiency
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning new technologies and adapting to evolving business needs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for streamlining manual tasks through automation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • proficiency in English and Cantonese highly preferred
