Senior Business Accountability Specialist

• Lead or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within business
• Contribute to large-scale, cross-functional planning related to mitigation of current and emerging business risk issues
• Assess, analyze, and design moderately complex controls, protocols, and approaches with respect to risk mitigation
• Independently make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to address current and emerging risks
• Partner with peers and the business in interactions with external parties
• May serve as a mentor for lower-level staff
• Demonstrate solid understanding of financial crimes risks, financial crimes policies, Commercial Banking Financial Crimes Risk program requirements
• Establish strong partnerships with colleagues and CB stakeholders
• Execute deliverables within communicated deadlines and SLAs

• 4+ years of risk management, business controls, quality assurance, business operations, compliance, or process experience
• Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) experience
• Knowledge and understanding of Financial Crimes Risk Management (FCRM) policies and procedures
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
• Ability to identify, escalate and help solution issues
• Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environment
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills with a high attention to detail
