Job Responsibility:

Providing a full range of Building Surveying services for commercial property projects
Offering expertise in defect diagnosis
CDM Regulations 2015 and Building Regulation legislation
Managing Party Wall matters and delivering detailed
high-quality reports
Collaborating with the team to drive growth and success
Mentoring junior staff and preparing for future leadership responsibilities

Requirements:

MRICS accreditation with a RICS-accredited degree
Strong background in commercial property projects and professional services
Excellent verbal communication
business development acumen
report-writing abilities
