This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor who enjoys working across a genuine mix of professional and project work within both commercial and residential property. The business acts as a retained consultant for a major property investment client, supporting them across a large and varied portfolio throughout London and the Home Counties. The role offers excellent exposure to refurbishment and redevelopment schemes, landlord and tenant matters, dilapidations, defect analysis and wider advisory services.
