Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor – A public sector focused position, with a traditional firm and flexible working! My client are an established, traditional, Chartered Surveying practice, based in London, boasting a strong pipeline of work in the public sector field, who are now seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their close-knit team.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a range of services to social housing and public sector clients
Damp & mould inspections
Party wall matters
Contract administration
Project management works
Develop existing clients
Drive new business
Work closely with the team

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction focused background within a private practice environment
Commercially-minded and strong client management skills
Relevant experience within similar sectors

Nice to have:

MRICS qualification

Requirements

Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles
Insurance claims experience desirable
RICS qualification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
