Job Description:

A well-known multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for a career-driven Senior Building Surveyor to join their vibrant team in Leeds. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor who is looking to take on more responsibility and advance their career, with a clear progression path to Associate level.

Job Responsibility:

Take the lead on a diverse range of projects within the retail, commercial, residential, education and defence sectors
Provide professional services including dilapidations, party wall, technical due diligence and condition surveys
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Nurture existing client relationships to drive the consultancy’s growth

Requirements:

MRICS is preferred
Proven experience across multiple sectors
Excellent technical knowledge
Previous consultancy experience
