Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor role delivering a range of professional and project-related services for commercial properties, including design, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment. Opportunity to work with a varied, commercially focused portfolio of clients with clear career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver professional and project-related services for commercial properties
Provide expertise in defect diagnosis, CDM Regulations 2015, and Building Regulation legislation
Manage Party Wall matters
Deliver detailed, high-quality reports
Collaborate with team to drive growth
Mentor junior staff
Prepare for future leadership responsibilities

Requirements:

MRICS accreditation with a RICS-accredited degree
Strong background in commercial property projects and professional services
Excellent verbal communication skills
Business development acumen
Report-writing abilities
Organised and client-focused
