Job Description:

A leading Construction Consultancy with a strong national presence and a reputation for excellence, is currently seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding London team. With a decade-long track record of delivering innovative, practical solutions across the built environment, they are looking to strengthen their Building Surveying division with a talented individual ready to take the next step in their career.

Job Responsibility:

Managing a variety of technical duties – from condition surveys and defect diagnosis to design, contract administration, and project management
Working closely with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of projects and exceptional client service
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth and development of the department

Requirements:

A RICS-accredited degree in Building Surveying or related discipline
Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards chartership
Solid technical knowledge and experience across core Building Surveying duties
Experience managing multiple projects at one time
Strong client-facing and stakeholder engagement skills
Proficient in CAD and other industry-relevant software
A proactive approach to CPD and mentoring junior staff
