The team, currently comprising 25 professionals, is led by a dynamic and entrepreneurial Managing Director, supported by three Directors who oversee the firm's core service lines. The Building Surveying team, made up of five experienced professionals, operates with a collaborative, 'one for all' approach, ensuring that no member is left to tackle their responsibilities alone unless they prefer more autonomy. The team provides a wide range of building surveying services, including acquisitions, contract administration, schedules of condition, party wall matters, dilapidations, and more.
Job Responsibility:
Approximately 65% of time spent on project-related activities and 35% dedicated to professional services, across various sectors, including Retail and Office

Requirements:
MRICS qualification, ideally with 12-24 months of post-qualification experience (PQE)
Strong understanding of key building surveying disciplines, particularly Contract Administration
