Job Description:

A multidisciplinary consultancy in London seeks an experienced Senior Building Surveyor for a role involving a range of building surveying services, client project management, and team development.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties, to a mix of public and private sector clients, on education, housing and retail properties
Supporting team members at Graduate and Assistant level, development and APC progression

Requirements:

RICS accredited degree
A construction focused background
Commercially minded with business development ability
Good report writing and verbal communication
MRICS qualified (Not essential)

MRICS qualified
