Job Description:

A respected and nationally recognised consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team in Maidenhead. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor with a commercial consultancy background to step into a growing team at a pivotal moment. Job Responsibility:

Delivering a comprehensive range of building surveying services
Conducting professional and technical duties such as dilapidations, due diligence, condition surveys, and defect diagnosis
Contributing to the development of the team’s service offerings and client base

Requirements:

MRICS qualification (preferred)
RICS-accredited degree (essential)
Strong consultancy background with in-depth property knowledge
Excellent written communication skills and proven business development capabilities
A proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously within a supportive environment
