Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor role with a property and construction consultancy in central London, delivering services to clients across private and public sectors with focus on dilapidations

Job Responsibility:

Deliver a range of services, both professional and project, with a focus on delivering dilapidations
Work with clients in education, commercial, residential, hotel and other sectors
Work closely with APC level Surveyors, supporting their learning and progression
Drive forward business and build on client relationships

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Ideally)
RICS accredited degree, ideally in Building Surveying
A consultancy background is essential
Experience in delivering professional instructions – Specifically dilapidations
Commercial awareness and client facing ability

Nice to have:

Experience in delivering dilapidations
Interest in delivering dilapidations
