Job Description

Randstad is partnering with one of Australia's largest, most established national compliance and building surveying organisations to appoint a Senior Building Surveyor. This is a strategic hire offering a transparent, milestone-driven pathway into an Associate Leadership position.

Requirements

  • Must hold Building Surveyor – Unlimited (BS-U) registration, or be an established Senior professional with a clear, imminent pathway to achieving it
  • Proven track record managing complex commercial projects (BCA Class 2–9) within Australia
  • Strong technical acumen and the leadership aspirations required to guide junior team members and manage key clients
  • Registration as a BS-U (no conditions) OR BS-L with a clear pathway to BS-U registration
  • Vocational/Professional Qualification
