Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, public sector-focused practice in London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor. The role involves working with a strong pipeline of diverse clients and projects.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties
Serve mixed clients from public and private sectors on education, housing, and retail properties
Support and mentor team members at Graduate and Assistant level, assisting with their development and APC progression

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction focused background
Commercially minded with business development ability
Good report writing and verbal communication

MRICS qualified
