Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, public sector-focused practice in London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor. The role involves working with a strong pipeline of diverse clients and projects.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties
  • Serve mixed clients from public and private sectors on education, housing, and retail properties
  • Support and mentor team members at Graduate and Assistant level, assisting with their development and APC progression

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background
  • Commercially minded with business development ability
  • Good report writing and verbal communication
