Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, public sector focused practice is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in London. The role offers varied work with interesting clients including public and private sector projects on education, housing and retail properties.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out the full range of building surveying services
Project management and contract admin duties
Work with education, housing and retail properties
Support team members at Graduate and Assistant level
Support APC progression

Requirements:

MRICS qualified (Not essential)
RICS accredited degree (Essential)
A construction focused background
Commercially minded with business development ability
Good report writing and verbal communication
