Senior Building Surveyor

• Managing projects of varied size and complexity, from feasibility through to delivery
• Acting as Contract Administrator or Employer's Agent on a range of schemes
• Preparing design specifications, tender documentation, and client reports
• Conducting condition surveys, acquisition and dilapidation assessments, and defect analysis
• Advising clients on procurement routes, statutory approvals, and building regulations compliance
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining client satisfaction

• Degree in Building Surveying or a related field
• Ideally MRICS qualified, or working towards chartership
• Strong technical background and understanding of building pathology
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages
• Comprehensive understanding of CDM and construction health and safety
• Ability to manage workload effectively and work both independently and as part of a team
