Job Description:

This is an opportunity for a self-sufficient Building Surveyor, who is hungry for progression and has key management skills or ability. The successful Building Surveyor will carry out a range of service lines, with a focus being contract administration and specification writing for a wide variety of projects, mainly within the commercial property space, with clients such as the Royal Mail.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out a range of service lines, with a focus being contract administration and specification writing for a wide variety of projects, mainly within the commercial property space
Join a collaborative team, where you can progress into partnership as a part of a succession plan

Requirements:

MRICS qualified ideally (not essential)
RICS accredited degree
A construction consultancy background (essential)
Confident in contract administration and spec writing
Good communication – both written and verbal
