Senior Building Surveyor

• Deliver a wide range of core Building Surveying services across the commercial sector
• Handle dilapidations, technical due diligence, contract administration, and planned preventative maintenance
• Client-facing role managing own workload
• Develop leadership capabilities
• Mentor junior colleagues
• Specialize in preferred areas such as construction monitoring, reinstatement cost assessments, or party wall and neighbourly matters

• MRICS-qualified (or equivalent)
• Degree in Building Surveying or related field
• Proven experience delivering a broad range of commercial consultancy services
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Diligent, methodical, and organised in approach
• Client-focused with a service-driven mindset
