Job Description:

A multidisciplinary, well-known consultancy in London is seeking a Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team. The successful candidate will undertake a strong pipeline of work with a mix of public and private sector clients in education, housing, and retail projects, emphasizing project management and contract administration.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out the full range of building surveying services, with an emphasis on project management and contract admin duties
  • Work with a mix of public and private sector clients on education, housing, and retail properties
  • Play a pivotal role with team members at Graduate and Assistant level, supporting their development and APC progression

Requirements:

  • RICS accredited degree (Essential)
  • A construction focused background
  • Commercially minded with business development ability
  • Good report writing and verbal communication
  • MRICS qualified (Not essential)
