Job Description:

Senior Building Surveyor role in a forward-thinking multi-disciplinary firm delivering top-tier services across various sectors. Opportunity to make an impact in both advisory and project-driven roles with a perfect balance of professional services and project management.

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as contract administrator or lead consultant/project manager on a wide range of projects
  • Providing core building surveying services including defect diagnosis, planned maintenance, and reinstatement cost assessments
  • Managing complex projects and delivering client-focused solutions

Requirements:

  • MRICS qualification with significant post-qualification experience
  • Strong understanding of JCT contracts
  • Proven track record in managing complex projects
  • Proven ability to provide tailored solutions to clients
