Job Description:

A successful construction and property consultancy are actively looking for an ambitious Senior Building Surveyor to enhance their Edinburgh based team. The Senior Building Surveyor will join a company with 8 offices across the UK, providing them with unrivalled market knowledge and industry exposure, making this the perfect opportunity for career progression.

Job Responsibility:

Manage and deliver Building Surveying projects for both private and public clients across various sectors within the built environment
Work on high-profile projects for significant blue-chip clients
Collaborate with the Directors to develop the business further

Requirements:

MRICS qualification is preferred but not essential
Proven commercial consultancy building surveying experience
An eager and ambitious individual
