Job Description:

A multidisciplinary and well-established consultancy is now seeking a driven and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor looking to take on a strong and varied workload, with a Senior Building Surveyor benefiting from a secure and well-established pipeline of work. The successful Senior Building Surveyor will be involved in high-end residential and commercial instructions, making this role ideal for a Senior Building Surveyor who enjoys project-led work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Delivering a full suite of building surveying services
  • Leading on project management and contract administration duties
  • Working with public and private sector clients across varied asset types
  • Managing projects from inception through to completion
  • Supporting and mentoring Graduate and Assistant level surveyors
  • Contributing to the development and performance of the wider team

Requirements:

  • A construction-focused background
  • Commercially minded with an interest in developing client relationships
  • Strong report writing and verbal communication skills
  • Confident in managing multiple instructions simultaneously
  • Enjoys supporting and developing junior team members
  • Strong experience within a similar consultancy environment
  • Comfortable operating at a senior level
