Job Description:

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking a dedicated Senior Building Surveyor to join and enhance their Cambridge team. The Senior Building Surveyor will join a cohesive, established team, supporting a diverse array of high-profile projects, with a primary focus on the commercial property sector.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a range of professional services, including pre-acquisition surveys, schedule of condition, dilapidations, planned maintenance, and party wall matters
Manage your own portfolio
Build key client relationships
Contribute to strategic business development

Requirements:

MRICS qualification preferred
Solid experience in both professional services and project delivery
Consultancy background is ideal
