Job Description:

A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their growing team in central London. Job Responsibility:

Providing a full range of Building Surveying services for commercial property projects
Offering expertise in defect diagnosis, CDM Regulations 2015, and Building Regulation legislation
Managing Party Wall matters and delivering detailed, high-quality reports
Collaborating with the team to drive growth and success
Mentoring junior staff and preparing for future leadership responsibilities

Requirements:

MRICS accreditation with a RICS-accredited degree
Strong background in commercial property projects and professional services
Excellent verbal communication, business development acumen, and report-writing abilities
Organised, client-focused, and eager to contribute to team growth and success

Requirements

Experienced Building Surveyor with sound knowledge of building surveying principles
Insurance claims experience desirable
RICS qualification preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and investigative skills
