Job Description:

A highly respected multi-disciplinary consultancy with over 160 years of delivering excellence across the built environment, are keen to speak with a talented Senior Building Surveyor to join their London office. Offering the successful Surveyor the opportunity to work on a major flagship heritage scheme alongside a diverse portfolio across the South East, this role also presents a clear pathway toward further progression within a national, forward-thinking practice.

Job Responsibility:

Managing and delivering a broad mix of project and professional work
Overseeing large and complex schemes, including a major heritage development
Supporting junior colleagues and driving excellence across all stages of project life cycles
Representing the consultancy in client meetings
Managing internal resources
Contributing to business development activities
Promoting best practice and technical quality

Requirements:

Chartered (MRICS or equivalent) with solid post-qualification experience
A strong technical foundation across both professional and project-led building surveying
Excellent communication, client-facing, and business development skills
A track record in managing and delivering multi-faceted projects to a high standard
Experience with public sector and/or heritage schemes is desirable
A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a commitment to mentoring and knowledge-sharing
